My work explores the complexities of femininity through a series of illustrative pieces that emphasize simplicity, warmth, and everyday beauty. Using sketch-like line drawings and a diverse, carefully considered color palette, I translate motifs such as florals, cocktails, and domestic objects into intimate visual experiences that evoke a sense of familiarity and comfort. Rather than viewing decorative imagery as superficial, I approach it as a language of care and connection, inviting audiences to find meaning in the gentle assertion of aesthetic harmony.
Inspired by the understated charm of everyday surroundings—much like the cherished artwork found in personal living spaces—I seek to transform these elements into moments of quiet reflection and self-recognition. Through this exhibition, I hope viewers will discover the beauty present in the simplicity of form and color, and connect with their own sense of femininity through these subtle, transformative moments.
