BFA Painting
Life’s experiences connect us all through moments of bliss and beauty, as well as through suffering and dismay. Life, like paint, can blend smoothly into each colorful moment or vividly stand alone with spontaneity. As we grow, our connection to the world deepens, shaped by societal expectations to adapt, conform, and ultimately fade away. Whichever direction our experiences and choices may take us, like paint, there’s an undeniable energy that radiates from every moment.
Through my painting, I have developed a stylistic and expressive approach to documenting experiences and feelings that have shaped my identity, both positively and negatively. My conceptual and figurative narratives serve as a form of expression that often depicts psychological tension, embodying bold authenticity and a deep desire for freedom from the societal constructs that bind us. I employ symbolism, expressive color use, and exaggerated forms to create dynamic compositions that explore the complexities of the human condition.
My body of work invites viewers to think and feel authentically, to recognize the
importance of human connection and to strive for freedom not only for themselves but for others as well.
