Personal Profile
The state of the world we live in is in worse shape than people think or want to admit. For quite some time, human activity has been in an imbalance with the natural world. The focus of these pieces is to point out flaws in that relationship and the relationship we have with ourselves at this time in history. Individualism has made many people, mainly people with power, so wrapped up in their lives that they don't realize that they must live with the earth and not just on it. This work serves as a reminder that individual action and collective action do impact the world around them. If humans are to continue living on earth, we must move toward an ecological society. For that to happen, people must care, people must get passionate and want to make changes to their society and not just sit around waiting for it to happen. Being repulsed by what you see around you is a good start.
